"I have had dealings with only a few other recruitment agencies in the past but you are by far and above the best I have had the pleasure to do business with.  I also would like to comment on the very friendly manner of the Receptionist.  She made me feel very welcome and relaxed.  She explained in detail everything that was required of me, and I like the offer of a cup of tea or coffee.  It may only be a small gesture, but it says big things about what you are trying to portray as in friendly and approachable.  She and I had a couple of laughs and great chat.  Reception is the first point of contact with any organisation and one who puts you at ease and is friendly reflects well on your company.  "
