To be eligible for your gift voucher, the Terms and Conditions below do apply, so make sure you read this information so you know how to qualify.

Information on how to nominate and prizes form part of these Terms & Conditions.  Any entry received that is not complying with these Terms & Conditions is invalid. 

All nominations meeting every criteria of eligibility will receive  the "nominated" Gift Voucher to the value nominated in AUS$ from David Jones.

During this process we will be collecting information on the Referrer, Job Seeker and Employer.  Stenhouse Recruitment takes Privacy seriously and all information will remain confidential.  Our Privacy Policy can be viewed by following the link.

Terminology

• A "Nomination" is the entry into the promotion by a "Referrer"
• The "Referrer" is the person who is referring the "Job Seeker" or "Employer" to Stenhouse Recruitment
• The "Job Seeker" is the person seeking to be employed who has been referred to Stenhouse Recruitment by the "Referrer"
• The "Employer" is the organisation/company that has a requirement for staff who has been referred to Stenhouse Recruitment by the "Referrer"

 Entry & Eligibility

• Entry is open to contacts of Stenhouse Recruitment and contacts of Stenhouse Recruitment's contacts who have not previously registered or had previous contact with Stenhouse Recruitment in the past 12 months
• Employees of Stenhouse Recruitment and the immediate family members of Stenhouse Recruitment's employees are ineligible for entry
• Referrers can enter the promotion as many times as they like, however only one prize per nominated Job Seeker or Employer is available
• The first nomination of a Job Seeker or Employer received by Stenhouse Recruitment will be deemed to be accepted Referrer.  Any further nominations of the same Job Seeker or Employer will be ineligible.  The date displayed on the email entry will be the date used to determine the order of nominations received
• Self nominations will not be accepted
• All information provided by the Referrer becomes the property of Stenhouse Recruitment
• To be eligible for the prize the Referrer must contact Stenhouse Recruitment via the online "Refer a Friend"  Form on the website www.stenhouserecruitment.com.au  and agree to the Terms & Conditions
• The nomination of a Job Seeker or Employer is only valid for a 3 month period.  If we are not successful if finding work for the Job Seeker or placing Job Seekers with the Employer within the 3 month period the nomination will expire
• Gift Vouchers are not transferable and Stenhouse Recruitment will not offer the prize value in cash or as a credit
• The Gift Voucher will be delivered to the Referrer within 28 working days of the Job Seeker passing their 3 month probation or 1 month as a temporary or upon successful placement of a Job Seeker with an Employer referred by the Referrer
• A successful placement with an Employer referred by a Referrer will be eligible if the Employer has met the Terms of Business of Stenhouse Recruitment
• Stenhouse Recruitment reserves the right to amend these promotion details at any time, however the terms in place at the time the nomination was received will be the terms applied to that Job Seeker or Employer
• Stenhouse Recruitment takes no responsibility for entries or gift vouchers that are lost or destroyed
• The Refer a Friend promotion is only available to people residing in Australia only
